2013 Day 14
Today everyone has gone their way. Jim and Vikki headed out and Jim Engling and I are on our way to see Carol Connors (www.carolconnors.com). Before going to Carol's Jim and I went to "Honda of Hollywood" and were treated like life long friends. Karen Takahashi manager of the Dealership had a driver to take us to Tinhorn Flats for lunch, then Jim and I toured the walk of the Stars and all the down town Hollywood stuff then our driver came to Mel's Diner and picked us up. Karen Takahashi gave us a nice parting gift and we headed to Carol's. Carol has become a friend of mine over the years and I always enjoy going up into Beverly Hills and seeing her. I think Jim Engling also enjoys our trips up there, this is his second time going with me, maybe next year we will take a group. Following our visit with Carol , Jim and I went to Sylmar, CA to spend the night with my cousin's husband (cousin is out of town) Tru Cheek (google his name, very interesting man). We went out and watched them fly model air planes, then some good Mexican Food and home for a good nights sleep. Enjoy the pictures and make comments in our guess book..
