Note: I have not been able to post because of computer problems, today I got to a Staple's and they fixed my problem, so I hope to be able to post once again. My last post was Day 4 so I have a lot of catching up to do. I will start by doing today and working my way backwards, it will take me a couple days to get cough up. Thank you for understanding.
Winslow, Arizona to Kingman, Arizona
It is really hard to believe that we are already in Kingman, Arizona, the days are just flying by. Today started at 7am for several of the Riders going to the Grand Canyon, we also had some to take a Ride down through Sedona, AZ, another group went to the Meteor Crater, some chose to go on their own and I chose to work on my trailer for 3 hours before I got out of Winslow. I had been burning up a set of tires on my trailer every 800 and Gary Gallo and I did a complete alignment job (actually Gary did the work and I supervised) and went to a size bigger tire. We had to remove the fenders but it looks like we might have solved the problem. As a whole it was a great day and I thank everyone had a really good time. The high temperature today was 83 degrees and just beautiful riding. I will post the pictures I have and my staff photographer Judy Royce will be giving me more picture tomorrow and I will get them posted so come back and enjoy even more pictures. Now enjoy the Ride.
Keep scrolling down, Judy's pictures will be on the bottom.
Below is the finished product on my Trailer repair, no fenders and fat tires, I tricked it out.
Several of us stopped at the Galaxy Diner in Flagstaff, AX for lunch.
Our leader Jim Engling got to meet up with his daughter Chris and it was a pleasure meeting her and she Rides her own
Motorcycle and joined the group for a little ways. Thank you Chris for meeting us.
In the orange shirt is Jerry Thelander from Castle Rock, Colorado, in the green is Page Parrish III from Sparland, Illinois and the two with caps on are Butch and Judy Royce (our staff photographers) from Hamilton, Ohio.
Below Gary Gallo from Morris, Illinois (standing) is giving Mike Libs a story about the Indian boys we had a problem with in Winslow. It is a long story, ask Gary.
Below are pictures inside and out of the Galaxy Diner.
